WebsiteDaycare.com is a new company (just two people, father and son) but I have been designing websites and doing SEO since the Internet became available to the general public in the 1980’s. It started out as a hobby and is something I love doing. My son Jarrad will be joining me in this venture as he his a major computer nerd as well. My advice to him as a young man was to find something he loves doing and then do it better than everybody else.
I highly recommend that you talk to any of the website owner’s below to get their feedback on our work and our reliability. Web Design and SEO companies are a dime a dozen these days and they can be extremely expensive with no guarantee of ever hitting the top even though many of them will promise you the world. We can never guarantee that either but we do believe that those that consistently work smarter and harder will eventually reach the top and stay there.

This website is one of the top real estate website’s in Southern Utah and it has been at the top for nearly five years. I created this website in 2002 knowing I was going to be living in Southern Utah and that I was going to become a licensed Realtor in both Southern Utah and Southern Nevada.
Jodi Van Cleve is now the owner and I got out of real estate and started my own web design, management and promotion business as that is what I truly enjoy doing as a profession.

The St. George GMAC website has been online longer than I have worked on it. I was hired to bring it back to life as nobody could find it on the Internet and when you open it, it was confusing and it was difficult to find what you were looking for. The website had to be completely redesigned by me and I believe this was done sometime around April of 2007.
The fact that this website has been around for quite some time and the fact that I have been doing the SEO for it means that this website ranks quite well in the major search engines.

The Great Homes of Marin website is extremely new as well. We are looking forward to seeing how well this website will rank in the tech savvy San Francisco bay Area. Even though it is quite new we are seeing some great results while searching using the major search engines.
We have noticed that the first search engine to give decent rankings to a new website is Bing (formerly MSN). Next in line is Yahoo and then finally Google. Google tends to put new website’s in what is commonly called the "Sandbox". You won’t find Google talking about the sandbox but it exists and that is one of the reasons it can take an entire year or even longer to get a good idea how well your website ranks with them.

Because we also offer an SEO package we will only do as many as five website’s in any one city that are in the same business. We cannot get great rankings for everyone if we do too many of the same type of website in one town or city. This is one good reason for you to jump on board and be one of the five to signup first.
